Beta-Flow Yoga

For Ages 18 and Up
Come and join the Beta-Flow yoga program at Johnston County Library, led by instructor Cal Keene. This yoga program focuses on internal energy and breathing and helps participants to improve their comfort and well-being. It is suitable for people of all ages and abilities, and participants can use either floor mats or a chair. The classes will be held every Tuesday at 10:00 AM and Thursday at 6:00 PM, starting on Tuesday, March 26th, and will run for eight weeks. Call to sign up.

Join the Johnston County Library on Monday, April 15th at 6:30 PM to learn the history behind the legend Will Rogers! Guests of all ages will meet Bart Taylor, Historical Interpreter from the Will Rogers Memorial Museum, as he discusses the importance of Will’s life, his character, and the overall impact it had on American History. This program will be held at the AG Science Auditorium located at Murray State College, 1 Murray Campus Dr in Tishomingo, OK.

Interested in 3D printing? Learn the basics at the Johnston County Library on Tuesday, Tuesday, April 23rd from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. Observe a 3D printer and discover how it works first-hand. This program is for all ages. Guests who attend can choose a 3D object to be printed and picked up at a later time.

1,000 Books before Kindergarten

It's easy! One day, one book.
It's easy! One day, one book. Help your child get ready. The goal is to read 1,000 books before your little one starts kindergarten. Sign up your baby, toddler, or preschooler and get rewards. Children get prizes for every 100 books they read. When they read 1,000 books - get a T-shirt!
