Winter Reading Challenge
For Kids and Teens
The winter season is approaching! Whether you’re looking to learn about new places to visit, tips on improving yourself for the new year, curling up with a cozy read, or transporting to a whole new world, what better place to find the best books than with the Southern Oklahoma Library System! This winter, join us for our reading challenge! Kids and teens will need to read 250 minutes to participate. Call for more information.
Celebrating the Holidays
At the Library
Come celebrate the holidays with Wilson Public Library! During library hours on Monday, December 22nd, patrons of all ages can come and enjoy carols, cookies, and cocoa as a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of the holidays. This come-and-go program is free and open to the public.
Floor Pilates Class
For Ages 18 and Up
Looking to try something new for your New Year’s resolution? Join Wilson Public Library on Mondays at 1:30 PM for a Floor Pilates class with instructor Hannah Benson starting January 5th. Attendees will learn to focus on core strength, flexibility, and body awareness. These classes are free and open to the public; however, signing up is encouraged.
